Start billing
Staff sign in with their mobile and PIN. Bills print or go on WhatsApp, kitchen tickets reach the kitchen, and the day closes with a report.

Before you sign up
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. Every plan comes with a free trial and we ask for no card. When the trial ends you pay for the plan you want, by UPI or online; nothing is charged by itself.
What do I need to run it?
Any phone, tablet or laptop with a browser. A thermal printer is optional — bills can go to the customer on WhatsApp. Billing keeps working at the counter when the internet drops and syncs when it is back.
How do my staff sign in?
With their mobile number and a PIN, on your own address (yourcafe.foodbricks.in). You decide what each role may do — a cashier never sees your reports unless you say so.
Can I run more than one outlet?
Yes. The Standard and Pro plans include several branches. Each outlet has its own menu, staff and reports, and you see all of them from one login.
Does it make GST invoices?
Yes. Enter your GSTIN and rates once; every bill carries the right tax lines and the GST summary report is ready for your accountant.
Is my data safe, and can I take it out?
Each business has its own database, backed up daily. Your sales, items and customers can be exported any time. Read the privacy policy for the details.
What happens when I stop paying?
Your account goes read-only for a grace period, then locks. Your records are kept for a while in case you come back, as the terms describe. Nothing renews by itself.
