Refund and cancellation policy

The 15-day trial is free and asks for no payment. Nothing is charged when it ends.

Cancelling a plan

• Nothing renews by itself: every period is paid by you, by UPI or online. To cancel, simply do not pay for the next period.
• A plan cannot be cancelled part-way. The plan you paid for, a month or a year, runs to the end of its period. After that the account is read-only for 15 days, then locked, with your records kept for 90 days from the end so you can come back or export them.
• The owner may close the account at any time from the app. It stops at once for everyone. The days left on the plan are given up and are not refunded.

Refunds for plans

• A period that has already started is not refunded, in full or in part.
• A payment made twice for the same period, or more than the bill, is refunded in full or, if you prefer, kept as credit for your next period.
• If you were charged for a period in which we could not provide Foodbricks at all because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will refund or extend that period.

Payments we could not find

If the UPI reference (UTR) you entered does not match a payment in our bank statement, what it switched on is switched off. No refund arises, because no money reached us. If you did pay, send us the bank's transaction details and we will look again.

How to ask and how long it takes

1. Write to support@roftr.com within 30 days of the payment.
2. Give the business name, the payment reference and the date.
3. We answer within 3 working days. An approved refund is sent to the account the payment came from within 7 working days.
